Higher York e-Learning Conference – 4th June 2013

The third Higher York e-Learning conference which is to be held on 4th June 2013 at York St John University has just announced its call for papers. See details below:

The call for contributions is open!

The Higher York conference is now heading for its third year. We aim to once again provide an interesting and thought provoking environment for partner staff to share practice in their approach to learning technologies.

The conference which will be held on Tuesday 4 June 2013 at York St John University is open to anyone employed in a local university, college or school.

The conference committee welcomes a range of contributions addressing the following themes:

  • Supporting students in the transition to further and higher education
  • Academic skills development
  • Assessment & feedback
  • Active learning design
  • Innovative practice using open source solutions

Proposals are invited for workshops, presentations and interactive posters addressing the conference themes.
