Gareth has been with the union now for several years, serving as a workplace representative and in a number of executive positions. He’s a fully trained workplace representative and has supported members in grievance and disciplinary procedures.  He represents the union in negotiations with management at committee level through the Joint Consultative Committee and numerous sub-groups of committees.

He also provides ICT support to the union.
