This was my first welcome week as a placement student in YSJ. I was a student and then was an active member of the SU , – International Students Officer and then a placement student. It was indeed a memorable day.
WHY WOULD YOU RECOMMEND YSJ TO SOMEONE?
Opportunities for students are immense in YSJ. In London campus majority is international students. Starting from the courses , fees to support rom staff and tutors is excellent.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE YORK ST JOHN UNIVERSITY OR FOUNDER COLLEGES?
Same reasons I mentioned earlier. Mainly affordability of fees.
WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING SINCE COMPLETING YOUR STUDIES?
Working fulltime now at one of the most prestigious unis in surrey , managing a budget of 75.5 million for creative industries.

Made me more employable I guess, also sharpened my leadership skills.
WHAT ONE PIECE OF ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO A CURRENT STUDENT, OR ONE ABOUT TO GRADUATE?
Work hard, party hard enjoy uni days. But don’t get distracted by city lights!!
