WHY WOULD YOU RECOMMEND YSJ TO SOMEONE?
It’s a very good university with courses that will definitely elevate you in your career.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE YORK ST JOHN UNIVERSITY OR FOUNDER COLLEGES?
Mainly because I wanted to be in the City of London and my campus was located there, although I fell in love with the school and curriculum.
WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING SINCE COMPLETING YOUR STUDIES?
I have been working full time at my current organisation.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE YOUR SPECIFIC COURSE?
I always wanted to have a degree in computer science, my bsc was in another discipline.
WHAT WERE THE BEST FEATURES OF YOUR COURSE?
Modularity and flexibility.
HOW DID STUDYING AT YSJ HELP IN YOUR CAREER SEARCH/SUCCESS/CURRENT ROLE?
The curriculum really shaped me, I got to dive deep into AI, Machine learning and one of my favourites IOT, I also believe I got to make really good friends that have impacted my lived positively.
Finally a Big shout out to Dr Nalinda for his impact in my career, he was a big role model.
WHAT ONE PIECE OF ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO A CURRENT STUDENT, OR ONE ABOUT TO GRADUATE?
Never lose focus of the big picture and please never give up no matter the challenges, there’s always light outside of the tunnel.
