London newsletter: January 2025

Welcome to your first quarterly newsletter of 2025! In this newsletter, we share news from our London campus, share news about our London graduation ceremonies and remind you about how to stay connected with York St John.
News from campus
As 2024 drew to a close, our London campus continued to support our students with a range of events activities.
- Following student feedback, last term students were invited to attend weekly wellness brunches with different support teams. The aim of the brunches was to introduce students to key teams and help them seek support and advice when needed.
- At the start of December, our London campus held a fantastic networking event: The Power of Connection. Students were invited to attend panels, network with attendees and learn more about the importance of networking.
- At the end of last term, our London campus held a festive afternoon for students and staff to enjoy before the winter closure. All were invited to enjoy a festive movie and a cup of non-alcoholic mulled wine.
Celebrating the Class of 2024

If you’re graduating this March, make sure you’ve registered your attendance and booked your gown hire by 5pm on Wednesday 29 January. Plus, if you complete a short survey, you could win back the cost of your graduation gown hire!

Ask Our Alum
Did you know that last year we launched our Ask Our Alum service? Ask Our Alum works in two ways:
- Join as an ambassador to answer questions from students and alumni about your career and support them on their journey.
- Use Ask Our Alum to ask alumni about their career fields and ask advice to support your career.
You can find out more about Ask Our Alum on our website.
