I am an undergraduate student who is about to complete a three-year Drama and Theatre degree at York St John University. This degree has given me the skills to become a theatre maker and performer. I aspire to pursue a career in theatre and the arts, I would most like to pursue a career as a performer but for now I am looking into for jobs based in or around theatre to gain knowledge and connections.

Before beginning my university degree, I was part of amateur dramatic groups where I was part of two different highly thought of productions in the community, performed in Sunderland Minster and performed in two large-scale productions in my time at secondary school.  As well as this, I spent two years of my college life completing a performing arts course that I passed with distinction grades. These experiences were musical theatre based and gave me a lot of confidence and a passion for theatre that I brought into my university degree. 

This portfolio is made up of a CV and cover letter from a job application for a front of house role; as well as a video pitch, examples of past projects I have completed and a reflection on intimacy in theatre and arts.
