Within my study at university, I was lucky enough to gain experience outside of university working for, by and with other education settings and community groups. This experience was imperative in my facilitator development. I was aiming to give something different to each individual, some being confidence, some inspiration and others motivation that they’re constantly growing week by week. This constant growth is what pushed me to go into my placement and make each individual excel to the highest point they possibly could. By doing so my job as a facilitator was complete and the participants felt a sense of achievement, something which I am most looking forward to when stepping into the world of teaching.
