My Ideal Me is Me was an exhibition organised and facilitated by me and my co-artists at York St John University during our second year Arts Activism project. It was an exhibition which challenged capitalist advertising of the ‘ideal body’ and aimed to start healthy conversations around the ‘ideal body’ and the over sexualisation of the body within the media and advertising.
