Moodle offline assignment (bulk upload)

I have been looking around for what’s happening with the assignment bulk upload feature in Moodle. This is something that our tutors really need in order to save time when loading response files back into the system.

It’s going to be one of our major priorities once we have 2.3 or 2.4 in place, so we need to ensure we implement is as early as possible. In fact, it looks like it will only be available for 2.4!
