Jisc Student Ideas Competition: Pocket First Aider

Jisc’s Summer of Student Innovation competitions are an opportunity for students to have an impact on life and study in work based learning providers, colleges and universities across the UK.

The Student Ideas Competition offers students/teams the opportunity to win £2000 to develop their idea of how technology can make life better for students, staff or researchers.

Second year YSJ Computer Science student Jake Kingsley has submitted an idea called ‘Pocket First Aider‘, an app which is designed to teach students basic first aid.

You can read more about Jakes idea on the Pocket First Aider page, and more importantly you can comment, vote and share the idea with others.
