Overall this alternative system will not be able to replace the current education system as there are not the resources to full support the changes. Also, the alternative system would require for practitioners to view education in a completely different way so would all need re training to accommodate changes that would need to be made. Even with the new training given personal views may not change and this would have drastic consequences on the alternative system.  Education should be an end in itself and at current is not which would be a major change that at current the country is not able to make. The current education system creates an environment which suits most students at minimum cost and it is hard to find a system that can recreate this. However, the current education system should aim to be more individual, democratic and inclusive but is not prepared for a complete large-scale overhaul which would be necessary to make this alternative a reality.
