Compulsory schooling will be split into two parts 3-12 years old and 14-16 years old. This divide is to allow children to develop at a speed that suits them whilst allowing students to work together to receive the best education possible (Vygotsky 1978).  The compulsory schooling section will focus on the student becoming a more individualised and democratic human through the use inclusive practices.
