York Literary Review is a journal of new writing.

Each issue is co-edited and designed by Creative Writing staff and postgraduate students at York St John University.

We are delighted to announce that York Literary Review will be published and distributed internationally by Valley Press, Yorkshire’s leading independent publisher.

The 2018 submission period was open from Jan 26 to Feb 9. We are now reviewing submissions, which have far exceeded our expectations in number and quality! We will notify regarding submissions this summer and the launch of the new issue will be in November 2018.
