This week we’re celebrating Nigerian Independence day on Monday 2 October by showcasing some delicious Nigerian dishes both traditional and inspired.
Tuesday through Friday we’re returning to our usual style menu with Sausage Rolls and Tex Mex on Tuesday, Italian Ragu on Wednesday, Pub Grub on Thursday and rounding off the week with a well deserved Curry on Friday.
