Among his symbols are Daffodils and Leeks, so we have Welsh Leek and Stilton Soup and Welsh Cider Baked Ham with Creamed Leeks. Also on the menu is Ŵyau Ynys Môn also known as Anglesey Eggs and Roast Chicken Breast with Welsh Rarebit.
