Weekly Menu Beginning Monday 26 February

This Friday is St David’s Day! Saint David is the Patron Saint of Wales so we’re celebrating with some Welsh staples. Among his symbols are Daffodils and Leeks, so we have Welsh Leek and Stilton Soup and Welsh Cider Baked Ham with Creamed Leeks. Also on the menu is Ŵyau Ynys Môn also known as Anglesey Eggs and Roast Chicken Breast with Welsh Rarebit.
