We have a double feature this week! It’s De-Stress week and Tuesday we’re celebrating St Georges Day.
Tuesday the 23 April is St Georges day, the Patron Saint of England. Best known for St George and the Dragon we’re showcasing traditional English Foods today with a Lancastrian Speciality Hotpot, a meat and onion stew (traditionally lamb or mutton) topped with Potato.
For De-Stress week, our Wednesday menu is focused on heart healthy choices with a Supergreen Soup, an omega 3 rich Salmon Ragout on Wholemeal Pasta. A Spinach, Sweet Potato and Lentil Dahl bursting with veggie goodness and Sage Roasted Chicken with a healthy side of Avocado and Spinach Salad
