This week we have De Stress Fest on Wednesday! The university’s De Stress Fest focuses on steps we can take to reduce our stress levels, we’re offering heart healthy foods with a ‘Soup-er’ green soup, and the chicken breast comes with an avocado salad, packed with healthy fats and proteins.
