What about Teaching & Learning?

As a presentation, a video shares content in a powerful, engaging way. As a student project, a video encourages students to interact with academic material by hand-picking images, video, music and text. Through technology, students collaborate, communicate and create to learn.

You can help develop students digital literacies by asking them to create a video to introduce themselves to their peers, and you can even create your own to introduce yourself to your students. You can create videos to introduce a new module or topic, or as a summary at the end. Students can also use Animoto to produce trailers, presentations, or reports.

How much does it cost?

Animoto pricing plans operate on a freemium model, so it’s free to set up a basic ‘lite’ account.

Academics can also apply for an educator account at the Animoto Education page, where you can also see examples of how other educators are using Animoto in their classrooms.
