I am a confident and assertive young woman who is passionate when it comes to helping marginalized young people for the better. I have been very fortunate too of have had quite a lot of experience in this industry learning new strategies and ways of dealing with troubled behavior. I am very much a people person when it comes to communicating with others, never afraid to back down in crucial situations especially when my help is needed the most. I would love to be apart of benefiting marginalized young peoples lives, in an environment which promotes development and success not just for me, but the young people I’ll be involved with. Dance United is the company I’ve been fortunate with as I have been asked to take the role of a support worker for the young people a number of times on their projects. This role taking on tasks such as dealing with individual behavioural problems, encouraging young people to do their very best, one on one tuition with a young person, and all in all being a support network for a group of vulnerable young people. And I believe this is something that stimulates me to use my experience’s in this area, to carry on helping young people better their lives.
