Bespoke training from Equasense – being inclusive in your life and your research
About this event
This session is available for all PGRs and will be facilitated from Ellie Highwood at Equasense.
Equality, diversity and inclusion is a vital component of your research and being a PGR and this bespoke 90 minute workshop will cover:
- what is meant by equality, diversity and inclusion
- removing the fear around language and terminology
- current topics in EDI including privilege, anti-racism, islamophobia and others
- how EDI is relevant to your research and environment
Ellie will provide opportunities for discussion and resources for further study.
This workshop will be taking place online Monday 1st November 2021 at 2pm until 3:30pm. All delegates will be sent course materials and the zoom link in advance.
