Getting Started with Fellowship (ExP) – Option 1

This session is for colleagues with more than two years’ experience of teaching and/or supporting learning in Higher Education settings.

Colleagues must have attended the Introduction to Fellowship (ExP) session prior to attending this workshop

The workshop is designed to be a practical session to help participants explore their own practice in relation to the Fellowship category they wish to gain recognition for.

Participants will be invited to:

• Interrogate their own practice and map the outcomes to the dimensions of the framework
• Explore and critique examples of previous written and portfolio submissions
• Discuss any issues, concerns or questions related to Fellowship recognition and submission formats.

By the end of the session, colleagues will:

1. Map their experience to the dimensions of the framework
2. Identify gaps in experience against their chosen Fellowship Descriptor Statements
3. Critique and discuss submission exemplars and formats
4. Commit to a submission format and date.
5. Enrol on the pathway
