Call for Contributions
The 2023 International Action Learning Conference takes as its theme Action Learning and Innovation, with a focus on two aspects in particular:
The development and implementation of new processes, services, products and solutions to organizational and community problems. There is a long association of innovation with collective learning of various types, including action learning. Papers are welcomed on action learning and its application to achieve innovations.
Innovations in action learning itself – action learning has experienced numerous innovations over its lifetime, and perhaps particularly in recent times, in its focus and intent, in its application to a range of situations, in its migration to online meetings, and its variations in use in different cultures. Papers are welcomed on innovations in action learning practices.
The conference will be hosted by York Business School, York St John University, in the centre of the city of York – www.yorksj.ac.uk. It is organised in association with IFAL – https://ifal.org.uk.
