RIPPLE Reading Group: What reading has inspired you this summer?

September 25 @ 9:30 am - 10:30 am

A student or researcher looking at a book in an aisle in Fountains library.

For our first RIPPLE Reading Group of 2024/25, we will come together online to discuss the reading that has inspired us over the summer – whether a novel, a poem, a scholarly article, an intriguing long-read, an activist handbook or a political manifesto!

There is no need to read anything extra or specific, and we won’t make you share your summer reading habits if you don’t want to! All we ask is that you come ready to hear from others and engage in conversation about how what we read in our ‘spare time’ informs our practice, and vice versa.

RIPPLE (Research Into Professional Practice in Learning and Education) is co-convened by Emma Walker, Katherine Cross and Lucy Potter. If you haven’t come along before, please do join us on 10 October and/or drop one of us an email to be added to the RIPPLE Team!
