Session Overview:

This session will provide a practical guide to the opportunities and challenges associated with establishing and running a research group. As a consequence, attendees will be better able to take on the role of directing a research group and be more effective in their support of research group members. It will be delivered by Professor Andrew Hill who is the director of the Motivation, Performance, and Wellbeing research group at YSJU.

Learning Outcomes:

A better understanding of the academic and operational aspects of directing a research group.
