Why is there no sign language interpreter in the briefing room?

On 14th April, the BBC released a brief article about the question (and the way the question was presented) Labour MP Vicky Foxcroft asked PM Boris Johnson. She questioned the lack of a sign language interpreter in his (then) new press briefing room.
