Weekly Menu Beginning Monday 06 November

It’s Stress Awareness week this week, so in the Kitchen we’re tailoring our menu to include heart heathy options. This week we have a variety of veggie soups and are incorporating brown rice, wholemeal breads and extra green options to pair with our tasty meals.
