Inspirational Teaching within Higher Education has often been linked with an enhancement in student experience and development. Alexandra Mason will be working alongside Mark Dransfield and colleagues to hopefully develop a deeper understanding on the notions of inspirational teaching. They will be putting together an initial data analysis and hopefully suggest ways in which universities can implement this method of teaching into staff development programmes. The aims for this project are to produce a paper and poster for conferences.
