Professional Development for Learning, Teaching and Research
While reflective writing has become a popular choice in student assessment in recent years, it is often overlooked as a method for staff professional development. This practical session will outline the benefits of structured reflection in a professional context, while offering some methods and models for participants to utilise in creating their own short piece of reflective writing.
This workshop is particularly suitable for colleagues pursuing AdvanceHE fellowship at any level, but is also open to all staff interested in harnessing reflection as a CPD tool, whether formally (e.g. as part of the annual review and goalsetting cycle) or informally (e.g. when considering future career moves etc).
The session will be led by Dr Laura Key, via MS Teams.
