Interviewing for professional opportunities

In this one-hour session, we will cover key principles of successful interviews, discuss the various formats and provide top tips on what employers look for. We support you to prepare effectively to feel ready and confident for your next interview. Key objectives will be:
• To develop understanding of different types of interviews, focusing on competency and strengths-based questions
• To understand how to approach and prepare for different types of interview
• To recognise what employers look for in candidates and how to confidently articulate personal skills and strengths
