Session Overview:

Ever wondered how you may be able to secure funding to apply your research in a commercial setting? Knowledge Transfer Partnerships are fully funded projects that are designed for academic experts to work in partnership with an external organisation (on average for a two year period)to embed innovation and new capabilities, employing a recent graduate to undertake the work. Come along to learn how to get involved. The session is facilitated by Marc Fleetham, Director of Business Development and Knowledge Exchange.

• Increased knowledge of Innovate UK funding.
• Have understanding of how Knowledge Transfer Partnerships work.
• Better knowledge of the types of projects that can be funded.
