Attendees MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS, the second one is a follow-up from the first one. This allows time to reflect on your own experiences in between. The session will involve a mixture of discussion and reflection – everyone will be encouraged to participate.

Heena works to advance Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for all in the workplace, working with organisations across all sectors to deliver training and consultancy services.
She was awarded Practitioner of the Year 2022 last June at annual FREDIE awards ceremony for her work with the National Centre for Diversity (NCFD) and commitment to fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement (FREDIE)!
Her key specialisms include employee engagement, internal/external communications and the design and delivery of diversity & inclusion training and initiatives.
