Using the Researcher Development Framework for your career progression

This session will introduce the Vitae Researcher Development Framework (RDF) planner to participants and look at how researchers can use it to help aid their career progression.

Learning Outcomes:

1) Participants will understand what the RDF planner is and how to access it.
2) Participants will understand how to use it and log evidence.
3) Participants will be able to export reports for different uses, eg, PhD reviews, promotions and job applications.
