What makes an outstanding impact case study

Session facilitated by Professor Gang Pan

Impact is the provable difference research makes in the real world. This session will focus on how to prepare an impact case study for Research Excellence Framework (REF), which is a mandatory assessment exercise for UK HE institutions.

Professor Gang Pan will explain the key elements of science communications, stakeholder engagement, impact planning, impact assessment, and others with our own examples from York St John University.
