Chuck Braid
Chuck Braid was a deaf artist who was one of the original people to coin the term De’VIA, it was around that time that his art started to get more attention. since back in 1989 only a few deaf artist actually created art based on challenges they faced and that gave hearing people a chance too see what deaf culture means to the deaf.
