Professional Practice

Strengths/skills you can offer an employer Provide an explanation of where you demonstrated these skills
Leadership and organisation Directing and producing a range of productions at university where I had to control productions crews with up to 15 people in at different times. Organising live productions as well as film projects where I had to organise equipment and risk assessments, also shot lists and storyboards.
Ability to work individually or with co workers I have worked on a large amount of productions with a crew ranging on sizes from 3 up to 15, however I also work well on my own when creating previous storyboards and writing scripts.
Flexibility Able to work and whatever times necessary. Previous productions worked on have been at a range of times, either starting early in the morning or late at night. Long hours are also no issues with the length of production days.
Problem- solving skils From directing previous productions, I have had to solve many problems such as lighting issues, camera angles, how to earn certain shots by creating my own tracks and re organising when certain aspects have gone wrong.
Motivation Motivation has been key in every piece of work I have created in order to achieve the best mark and highest grade possible.
