It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme this year is #ConnectWithNature. So many of us have turned to nature in the long months of the pandemic, so for this weeks blog we wanted to talk about the importance of taking time for yourself, and the way that spending time outdoors can be such a hugely positive influence on the mind and body.
