Many of us are finding it challenging to manage our workload, motivation, boundaries and work/life balance. We’re overwhelmed, exhausted, and not prioritising our own well-being. We want to make changes but are unsure where to start..
 
 
If you’re feeling any of these things (or more!) and are a business owner or employee of a micro, small or medium business in York, then our coaches can help. In partnership with City of York Council’s Inclusive Growth fund, we are providing five free Coaching for Wellbeing sessions which are focused on YOUR well-being.

Coaching is a partnership; you are the expert on your life, and no coach can know what’s best for you. However, they can provide you with the support to find the answers to your questions, by using their skills of listening, reflecting, and questioning.
