Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence Awareness Week 1st – 5th February
Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence Awareness Week aims to highlight sexual violence and abuse in society. In 2021 we’re taking our campaign completely online, and having our conversations about sexual violence online to raise awareness that in terms of sexual violence #itsnotok.
We’ve planned a week of online activities which put our students at the heart of the conversation and which focus on 1) raising awareness of sexual violence 2) highlighting the powerful and important role we can all play as bystanders, and 3) highlight what we can do to look after ourselves and others with a range of resources on self-care. The week’s activities include online discussions on social media, the launch of short videos and podcast episodes, training opportunities and the launch of our All About Respect ARTivism 2021 competition.
