“I am pleased to be continuing the All About Respect work this year and offering students more opportunities to take part in training.
We are running IDAS Champions Training and IDAS Consent Sessions for students, both sets of training are being delivered by IDAS (Independent Domestic Abuse Service) on campus.
The IDAS Champions session is focused on increasing understanding and awareness about Domestic Abuse. Any student taking part in the training would be asked to cascade information to other students following the training about IDAS and the support they offer. The consent sessions are focused around what consent is and what it is not and creates a space where students can safely discuss relationships.”
