Our accredited Experiential Pathway (ExP) is designed to support colleagues with more than two years’ experience of teaching and supporting learning within a HE context, to make a retrospective claim for Fellowship at one of the following levels:
- Associate (D1)
- Fellow (D2)
- Senior Fellow (D3)
For colleagues who are new to teaching with fewer than two years’ experience of teaching and or supporting learning within a Higher Education context, we offer a more structured Developmental Pathway (DevP) which takes place over 12-18 months.
How long does it take?
In total, you should plan for up to 20 hours of work. This will involve reflecting on your experiences, engaging with the scholarship of learning and teaching, curating your evidence, attending mandatory sessions and working with a dedicated mentor for at least 2 hours.
