Last week I presented at the annual governors meeting about how we have enhanced assessment and feedback across the University. We made a remarkable rise in our NSS score in the assessment and feedback domain and a number of people have asked how did we did it. It has I think been the dedicated effort of lots of people from across the Faculties, who all in their own way have contributed to a changing culture. But there is still a way to go. We still have to make assessment sustainable for staff at the same time as making it fit for learning for our students.
I created an audit tool to get people to reflect on their practice and consider what they might change.
