Last chance to complete WEI survey (deadline: Fri 4 November 2016)

For two years in a row, we have been in the Top 100 in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index. We hope to achieve the same this year but we need your help! To assess the impact of organisational practice on LGBT inclusion in the University, Stonewall seeks feedback directly from all staff. This is open to everyone, not just LGBT staff. We will receive a breakdown of our survey data which enables us to understand if employees feel able to be themselves in the workplace and free of discrimination. It helps us to identify how we can continue to advance our commitment to LGBT equality within the workplace. All responses are anonymous. The staff feedback questionnaire is available online (this is the quickest and easiest way of staff participating in the questionnaire) or please contact Human Resources if you would like a hard copy. The online questionnaire is available through the Stonewall website until Friday 4 November.

When completing the staff feedback questionnaire you must enter our unique four digit code which is 1751. This number attributes your response to the University so it’s imperative that you use the correct code. Stonewall do not collect names, just the organisation the individual works for, and they do not share any free text comments from staff with employers, but may share general themes and trends where appropriate. Many thanks for your help!
