Emma Thraves-Ferguson – My Line Manager

I’m not sure it is appropriate to name her here as she is a member of staff and my line manager! She has been a huge influence in my working life, encouraging my leadership and supporting me both professionally and personally. She has taught me to keep my head up and believe in my ability, to be true to myself but to learn from others.
