Becky Muradás-Taylor – Dr Christina Pagel

Dr Christina Pagel has been an inspiration to me during the pandemic. She is Professor of Operational Research at UCL. She is active on Twitter and is a frequent guest in the media. She has a very clear and honest way of communicating. She is my go-to person for coronavirus commentary. She has also really inspired me as an academic! I want to learn to communicate – and use data – as clearly as she does, in my very different field of second language phonology.
