Inspiration

In the past few days I have been really busy with juggling my life, university and work. It feels like the end is in sight and yet I have a thousand and one obstacles to do before I get there. But on the other hand, I have had safety and security of not needing to think too much about the future for the past 3 years and suddenly I am faced with the real world and what I want to do as a career.

As we near the middle of the semester all of these thoughts and feelings of fear and the ever present having to complete our assignments can be daunting. So I wanted to share with you a few inspirational quotes to help you out.

“The bad news is Time flies. The good news is you’re the pilot” – Michael Altahuler

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world” – Nelson Mandela

“Education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it today” – Malcolm X

“The best way to predict your future is to create it”- Abraham Lincoln

We all want to live in a world where we can slow down time- often for different reasons but ultimately the future is scary as we head into a unknown. However if we prepare and plan for what we want we can achieve great things. At the end of the day, life can be unpredictable but if we plan for as many scenarios and have black up plans, things cannot go too wrong.

So I leave you today, with the thoughts that although we cannot affect time the way we want to, make sure you plan and manage your time effectively and you will be able to achieve your dreams and ambitions.
