To whom it may concern,

I can confirm that Terri Scott has been employed at The Gravers Care Home since February 2018.  Terri initially worked on nights but has more recently moved onto days. Terri is a very popular member of the team, both amongst staff and our residents.  She is honest, reliable and trustworthy.

The Gravers is a residential care home for 21 adults with enduring mental health issues and/ or learning disabilities.  Terri has shown that she is able to manage a variety of situations, including challenging behaviours, effectively and with compassion.  She is respectful of others at all times.

Rerri has recently started a dance group for our residents on a Tuesday evening which is proving very popular.
