Your PGCE Primary University Centred programme offers a carefully structured, ambitious curriculum. Your learning will take place both in the university and in the schools that are part of our long-established York St John ITE partnership. You will critically reflect on your learning and development throughout the course, supported by university tutors and trained school-based mentors. Collectively, we will ensure that your ITE prepares you for your teaching career and develops the professional skills needed to be an excellent teacher.
