We were joined on 10 March 2021 by Felicia Willow (Fawcett Society) Sarah Hill (IDAS) Dr Ernestine Gheyoh Ndzi (York St John University) for a frank discussion about gender equality during the pandemic. Hosted by Dr Esther McIntosh (York St John University), our panellists discussed the ways in which gender and racial inequalities in healthcare, at home, and at work are being exacerbated during lockdown, and they reflect on what it might mean to ‘build back better’. This event was run as part of our International Women’s Day commemorations.
